If the occupancy
of a property is different than surrounding area, it needs for approval from
the city of municipality for rezoning of that property. Rezoning involve the
changing use of a property. It might be a conversion of a residential house to
commercial use or the conversion of some single family lots into a townhouse
project. I can follow the process of rezoning application until getting the
building permit.

An occupancy permit gives permission to occupy
